The Boss Maker is a digital products and coaching brand. Our offerings include self-study volumes, curated bundles, and direct coaching services. All products are delivered digitally through our members area at members.thebossmaker.com.

3. Digital Products — Self-Study Volumes and Bundles

All self-study volumes and bundle offerings are digital products delivered via the members area. Upon successful payment, you will receive access instructions by email.

What you receive: A personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own learning and business development purposes.

What is not permitted:

• Sharing your login credentials or access with any other person
• Reproducing, redistributing, reselling, or publishing any part of the content
• Using the content to create derivative products or competing educational material
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notices from the content

All content remains the intellectual property of The Boss Maker. Your licence to access the content does not constitute a transfer of ownership.

4. Coaching Services

Coaching offerings include the Strategy Session, Strategy Session with 30-Day Async Support, and the Implementation Review. These are personal, professional services delivered directly.

• Coaching is advisory in nature. Results depend on your own actions, decisions, and effort.
• We do not guarantee specific business or financial outcomes.
• Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times and are non-transferable to another person.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to attend without notice forfeits that session.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through FastPayDirect. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Refund Policy

Digital products: Due to the immediate and complete nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.

Coaching services: Non-refundable once a session has been booked and confirmed. Extenuating circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within the members area is the exclusive intellectual property of The Boss Maker. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use our name, logo, or content beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Members Area Access

Your members area access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided for educational and informational purposes. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding business outcomes, income levels, or specific results. Our content is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Opting in via any web form, landing page, or diagnostic tool operated by The Boss Maker

• Coaching session reminders and scheduling updates
• Marketing messages about new products, promotions, and announcements

Message frequency: Varies based on your activity and account status. Marketing messages will not exceed 4 per month.
