• PostHog — analytics. We use PostHog to track site usage in aggregate. Internal team usage is excluded from analytics.
• Cloudflare — infrastructure and security. Your IP address may be processed by Cloudflare as part of normal site delivery.
• Google — we use Google Ads to serve advertisements on Google's platforms and partner sites. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to show you relevant ads based on your browsing activity. Messages may include: order confirmations, course access notifications, coaching reminders, scheduling updates, and marketing messages about new products and promotions.

Message frequency: Varies. Marketing messages will not exceed 4 per month.
